Crystal Lubricants Mil-Lithium Complex-Red —Homogenous greases formulated and highly virgin petroleum oil and fortified with performance additives in addition to solid lubricant and EP additive agents, it provides excellent shear stability, high load carrying properties, prevents welding & seizure of moving parts under shock loading conditions, especially recommended for rolling mills.

Crystal Lubricants -HS-Lithium Red-NLGI lll & ll It is suitable for lubricating roller bearing, slider bearing, wheel bearing, chassis and other friction points of general mechanical equipment. Application temperature range: -20°C to 120°C. This grease is particularly suited for the lubrication of construction and mining equipment such as bulldozers, scrapers, loading shovel and all off Road vehicles where greased components are subjected to continuous heavy loads where a EP additive is required.
Crystal Lubricants HS EP-00 Grease is a lithium soap-based lubricating grease that contains antioxidants, corrosion inhibitors, and EP additives. The grease is a state-of-the-art multipurpose Extreme Pressure (EP) grease that can be used in various applications within given temperature limits. The grease offers good mechanical stability, load-carrying capacity, and corrosion protection. It is recommended for lubrication requirements where NLGI 00 grade is recommended with EP properties with good pump-ability that can be used in both industrial and automotive applications. The consistency of the product makes it suitable for use in centralized lubrication systems (CLS) that require semi-fluid grease. The product is also suitable for use in gearboxes

Crystal Lubricants Li-MOs2 lithium based grease containins approx. 2% to 8% of molybdenum disulfide (MoS2) subject to your requirements. It is useful as an excellent anti-seize lubricant for furnace doors, bakery conveyors, etc. Product has excellent drop point and working lubricating qualities at various ambient conditions. Also used in bearings of the motors under shock load conditions.

Crystal Lubricants T.E.M.P -lll is a high temperature Grease, multipurpose Non-soap base grease having smooth structure with excellent ability to withstand extremely high temperatures and severe shock load conditions. It has excellent resistance to water washout and do not get affected by mild acids and alkalis .It is recommended for the lubrication of machine elements, plain bearings and anti-friction bearings operating at high temperatures between (120°C to 280°C).
Crystal Lubricants GIRTH-LiCom is a premium quality girth gear lubrication grease, specially formulated for lubrication of large open gear pinion pairs working from normal to severe mechanical operation. This grease is fortified with solid lubricants, anti-wear and high load bearing additives, and friction modifiers, and is manufactured in high viscosity base oil. It is recommended for lubrication of large open girth gears and pinion pairs in the bath lubrication process for the rotary kiln drives in Sponge Iron Plants, Cement Plants, Refractory Plants, Steel Plants sinter plant mixing drums drives, Ball Mill drives in small power plants and Aluminum plants, and such medium to large open girth gears.

Crystal Lubricants Li-Com ll-ROT Grease is high-performance Lithium complex grease designed for lubrication of slip seal for rotary kiln application. It is fortified with a synergistic blend of extreme pressure, anti-wear, antioxidant, and anticorrosion additives and is characterized by high dropping point, outstanding oxidation stability, high extreme pressure capability, and a reversible viscosity temperature behavior. Its unique flow property along with a high degree of shear stability and water resistance. It is recommended slip seal application for heavy-duty steel plant and engineering applications where resistance to high temperatures, loads and water is critical, typical applications include slip seal application in rotary kilns in sponge iron units, continuous casters, and run out rolls in steel plants in steel plants.
